This Spring we will offer 3 different training programs for youth and HS student-athletes.
Spring In-House league is a combination of group fundamentals and concepts along with live games. Games are 20-minute running clock halves that reinforce the weekly concepts. Everyone plays equally.

Lil Hoopers K-2nd grade 8ft hoop league is a fun program to teach younger players the rules, areas of the court, offense, defense with fun games and competitions. They always get to play live 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 during the second half of each session.

Small group training sessions are geared towards fundamentals and individual development for all positions on offense and defense. This is for players looking for more hands on training for their specific needs.
